A vibrant medley of crisp seasonal vegetables and golden tofu, quickly stir-fried to preserve freshness and crunch. The dish is brought together with a savory oyster sauce, adding depth and a touch of sweetness that perfectly balances the lightness of the tofu and the natural flavors of the vegetables. Simple, wholesome, and full of authentic Thai wok-cooked character.

Ingredients

  • 150 grams tofu, pressed and cut into pieces

  • 1 tablespoons palm sugar

  • 2 tablespoons ONOFF THAI OYSTER SAUCE

  • red and yellow peppers, cut into half rings

  • bok choy

  • a small carrot, sliced

  • a clove of garlic

  • a handful of bean sprouts

  • a tablespoon of vegetable oil

Directions

  • Cut the tofu into cubes.
  • Marinate the cubes in the oyster sauce and garlic for 20 minutes.
  • Heat the wok, and add a tablespoon of oil, then the cubes of drained tofu, Stir-fry for about five minutes so that the tofu is brown in color.
  • Follow with carrot, the bell pepper, bok choy and bean sprouts for another 5 minutes
  • Add some oyster sauce for flavor if desired.
  • Serve immediately with white rice or fried rice.
