Ingredients
150 grams tofu, pressed and cut into pieces
1 tablespoons palm sugar
2 tablespoons ONOFF THAI OYSTER SAUCE
red and yellow peppers, cut into half rings
bok choy
a small carrot, sliced
a clove of garlic
a handful of bean sprouts
a tablespoon of vegetable oil
Directions
- Cut the tofu into cubes.
- Marinate the cubes in the oyster sauce and garlic for 20 minutes.
- Heat the wok, and add a tablespoon of oil, then the cubes of drained tofu, Stir-fry for about five minutes so that the tofu is brown in color.
- Follow with carrot, the bell pepper, bok choy and bean sprouts for another 5 minutes
- Add some oyster sauce for flavor if desired.
- Serve immediately with white rice or fried rice.
