Ingredients:
- 1 can of ONOFF organic Thai coconut cream
- 1 sachet ONOFF herbal paste for Thai tom kha soup
- 200 grams of large mushrooms
- 200 grams of fresh soft tofu in cubes
- coriander leaves
- tomato in half slices
Preparation:
Heat the coconut cream and the same amount of water together with the spice paste for tom kha soup. Cut the mushrooms in half lengthwise and add them to the soup. Stir the tofu and tomato into the soup and heat briefly. Serve the soup. Garnish with fresh coriander.
