THAI TOM YUM NOODLE SOUP
A deliciously filled soup based on egg noodles and the flavours of tom yum. This soup is a typical example of the perfect combination of Chinese cuisine (the noodles) and Thai cuisine (the flavours of tom yam).

100 grams wide egg noodlesPreparation:
Cook the egg noodles according to the instructions on the package and then set them aside. Dissolve the sachet of herb paste for tom yum soup in the hot stock and bring to the boil. Add the noodles and heat for 1 minute. Heat the bean sprouts in the hot soup for 30 seconds. Serve the soup in large bowls. Serve each bowl with half an egg, slices of meat, spring onion and coriander. Season to taste with some fish sauce.
A boiled half egg in the soup makes it an even more complete meal soup.
