Ingredients
1 bag ONOFF GREEN CURRY PASTE
2 medium-sized chicken breast
100 grams noodles (you can use more noodles if you really want to eat the soup as a meal)
500 ml water
2 cloves garlic
ginger, in small strips
1 spring onion
some fresh herbs such as coriander, Thai basil
1 red pepper, sliced
1 onion
1 tablespoon oil
Directions
- Fry the onion gently in some oil and then add the contents of the bag of green curry paste.
- After this, add the water.
- Cook for a few more minutes.
- Then add the garlic, ginger, spring onion and red pepper.
- Then the chicken which cut into cubes.
- Keep at cooking temperature until the chicken is cooked.
- Add the noodles.
- When your noodles are also cooked, serve.
- Season the soup with coriander and/or Thai basil.
