Ingredients
1 can ONOFF organic Thai coconut cream
1 sachet ONOFF herbal paste for Thai tom kha soup
200 grams large mushrooms
200 grams fresh soft tofu in cubes
coriander leaves
tomato in half slices
Directions
- Heat the coconut cream and the same amount of water together with the spice paste for tom kha soup.
- Cut the mushrooms in half lengthwise and add them to the soup.
- Stir the tofu and tomato into the soup and heat briefly.
- Garnish with fresh coriander.
